Jesus tells us in Luke 21:25-28 also about the signs by which we can recognize the end of times.
Jesus tells us that there will be signs (σημειον semeion (say-mi’-on) indications, especially ceremonially or supernaturally, meaning miracles, signs, tokens, or wonders.) in the sun, the moon, and the stars. (αστρον astron (as’-tron) can be translation for constellations but also single stars (natural or artificial)
We indeed have already seen strange things in connection with the sun causing massive electricity failures in Canada and Northern America.
And probably we all remember the series of “blood moons” that passed.
And on the earth there was among different nations, several times that people were shocked and upset because of the roaring of the sea and the waves.
Every time there was a flood or tsunami it left the people in perplexity, just as Jesus said.
But there will be more coming and people will be fainting from fear and from the expectation of the things which are coming upon the world; for also the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
After this we will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds with power and great glory, exactly like was promised when Jesus ascended to heaven.
When these things are beginning to take place, then we must not be afraid, but we must straighten up, and lift up our heads, because our redemption is then drawing verry near.

²⁵”There will be SIGNS in SUN and MOON and STARS, and on the EARTH dismay among nations, in perplexity at the ROARING OF THE SEA and the waves, ²⁶men fainting from FEAR and the EXPECTATION of the things which are COMING UPON THE WORLD; for the POWERS OF THE HEAVENS WILL BE SHAKEN.
²⁷Then they will see the SON OF MAN COMING in a cloud WITH POWER AND GREAT GLORY.
²⁸But when these things begin to take place, STRAIGHTEN UP and LIFT UP YOUR HEADS, because YOUR REDEMPTION IS DRAWING NEAR.”
