Daniel 12:3
Those who have insight will shine brightly like the brightness of the expanse of heaven, and those who lead the many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.
In the case of a bomb blast in a Church, we can read all about it under thick headlines in the leading News papers, and hear about it in breaking News on various TV channels around the world.
We feel pity about the victims. And we feel sorry for family members, and friends, who suffered a great loss.
But we should understand, and not forget, that these terrorists, can only destroy our temporary bodies, but they can’t destroy our eternal souls.
Matthew 10:28
Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
While these terrible things are happening, false teachers, through their false teaching, are preparing so many souls for hell. Drawing the attention of people to dead end side tracks. And this is already going on for centuries, all over the world.
But nobody is worried or alarmed about this. About this there is no breaking News, and about this there are no headlines.
The Bible clearly tells us that the leaders of the people have led them down the path of destruction.
Isaiah 9:15-17
¹⁵The head is the elder and honorable man, And the PROPHET WHO TEACHES FALSEHOOD is the tail. ¹⁶For those who guide this people are LEADING THEM ASTRAY; And those who are guided by them are BROUGHT TO CONFUSION. ¹⁷Therefore the Lord does not take pleasure in their young men, Nor does He have pity on their orphans or their widows; For EVERY ONE OF THEM IS GODLESS and an EVILDOER, And EVERY MOUTH IS SPEAKING FOOLISHNESS. In spite of all this, His anger does not turn away And HIS HAND IS STILL STRETCHED OUT.
From the least to the greatest ALL are greedy for GAIN; no matter if they call themselves pastors, prophets, priests, apostles or bishops, all are alike, all PRACTICE DECEIT.
Jeremiah 6:13
For from the least of them even to the greatest of them, EVERYONE IS GREEDY FOR GAIN, And from the prophet even to the priest EVERYONE DEALS FALSELY.
Because Jeremiah spoke out, the priests seized him, to kill him, but thank God, He rescued him, by the officials and the common people.
Jeremiah 6:6-10
⁶For thus says the Lord of hosts, “Cut down her trees And cast up a siege against Jerusalem. This is the city to be punished, In whose midst there is only oppression. ⁷As a well keeps its waters fresh, So she keeps fresh her WICKEDNESS. VIOLENCE and DESTRUCTION are heard in her; Sickness and wounds are ever before Me. ⁸BE WARNED, O Jerusalem, Or I shall BE ALIENATED from you, And make you a DESOLATION, A land not inhabited.”
⁹Thus says the Lord of hosts, “They will thoroughly glean as the vine the remnant of Israel; Pass your hand again like a grape gatherer Over the branches.”
¹⁰TO WHOM SHALL I SPEAK and give warning That they may hear? Behold, their EARS ARE CLOSED and they cannot listen. Behold, THE WORD OF THE LORD HAS BECOME A REPROACH to them; They have NO DELIGHT in it.
The same happens these days. When you speak out, most people are DEAF to what you are saying, while others get very ANGRY with you. They only want to hear the message that ALL IS OKAY and that GOD IS LOVE.
But everything is NOT OKAY. And yes, God is love, but God is also JUST and RIGHTEOUS!
Notorious sinners often came to listen to Jesus teachings. But ONLY LISTENING DOESN’T SAVE YOU, also not when the word is coming directly from Jesus.
Luke 15:2
Both the Pharisees and the scribes began to grumble, saying, “This man RECEIVES SINNERS and eats with them.”
They were not the ones who planned to kill Jesus.
Who planned?
The LEADING priests and teachers of the religious laws.
They were the ones who were actively plotting to murder the Christ.
Luke 22:2
The chief priests and the scribes were seeking how they might put Him to death; for they were afraid of the people.
Now we can see the behavior and conduct of priests in the past, and in this era it is not much different.
Do you know why our people are spiritually dead?
This is because our PULPITS ARE DEAD!
DEAD PEOPLE are giving DEAD SERMONS to DEAD PEOPLE.
And in meantime the flock perishes;
• The ruler claims himself to be the KING of the law,
• The priest or whatever title they may use, claims himself to be the REPRESENTATIVE OF GOD,
• And between these two, the bodies are DESTROYED and the souls WITHER into nothing because they are NOT FED.
