I know some people will be mad with me again, but this is the message for today. All I can say is: you take it or leave it. I hope and pray that you will take it.
You see, all people in the churches today THINK TO KNOW, is that they have their sins forgiven. And that is good if it were TRUE.
They THINK they are FORGIVEN but CONTINUE to commit the old inward sins for years.
I think there is not even one preacher on TV, who preaches salvation, and many in the pulpit don’t either.
They preach FORGIVENESS and forgiveness is not the same as SALVATION.
There is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12)
Those preachers point out that there is a man in bed with some other man’s wife in a hotel, and they say “You know THE LORD LOVES YOU JUST AS YOU ARE”.
If this was true, than why should he REPENT and get SAVED? He can commit adultery as long as he lives. God still loves you… Be a thief, be a liar, be a cheat… He still loves you…
OFCOURSE THIS IS NOT TRUE. The Bible clearly says in Psalms 7:11 (KJV) GOD IS ANGRY WITH THE WICKED EVERY DAY.
Then I hear someone say “God LOVES YOU but HATES the sin”. That’s NONSENSE. God HATES YOU because of YOU COMMITTING YOUR SINS.
Is God going to take your sins at the day of judgment and judge them, and leave you alone? Do you have nothing to fear because only your sins will end up in hell?
Luke 13:25 – Once the head of the house gets up and shuts the door, and YOU begin to stand outside and knock on the door, saying, ‘Lord, open up to us!’ then He will answer and say to you, ‘I do not know where you are from.’
You know, at that great day we shall ALL be EMBARRASSED.
Wishing we would have LOVED HIM MORE.
Wishing we had been MORE FAITHFUL.
Wishing we had been MORE OBEDIENT.
Are you saved from lust?
Are you saved from doubt?
Are you saved from fear?
Are you saved from anger?
Are you saved from envy?
Are you saved from pride?
He came TO SAVE US from sinning!
Not just forgive and than continue sinning!
Christianity is NOT A SINNING RELIGION; It is a VICTORIOUS RELIGION!
The great curse in modern day preaching is that the preachers don’t bring people in contact with the HOLINESS OF GOD, and don’t show them how GREAT and MAJESTIC our GOD REALLY IS. They just make those who hear them FEEL saved.
I think that not even 1% of the people in the world today KNOW GOD.
I mean not just by name, but really KNOW HIM.
They know theology
They know about God
They know references in the Bible
But WHO REALLY KNOWS GOD?
For many preachers it would be a good idea to read again what Jesus said to Paul when He called him.
RISE, and STAND UPON THY FEET: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a MINISTER and a WITNESS both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee, TO OPEN THEIR EYES, and to TURN THEM FROM DARKNESS TO LIGHT, and FROM THE POWER OF SATAN UNTO GOD, that they may receive FORGIVENESS OF SINS, and INHERITANCE among them which are SANCTIFIED by faith THAT IS IN ME.
Acts 26:16-18 (KJV)
You know the SALVATION of your country does NOT DEPEND on YOUR GOVERNMENT. It DEPENDS ON GOD’S GOVERNMENT.
And before God does anything He cleans up the church. And beginning with the church he begins with the preachers who do not preach His word.
1 Peter 4:16-18
(16) If anyone suffers as a Christian, he is not to be ashamed, but is to glorify God in this name. (17) For it is time for judgment to begin with the household of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God? (18) And if it is with difficulty that the righteous is saved, what will become of the godless man and the sinner?
I think the hardest job today is not leading a country, not even being president of the United States, but to be a man who stands between a LIVING GOD and a DYING PEOPLE.
If your preacher does not WEEP over the congregation, WEEP over your preacher.
Remember that God doesn’t owe you a single thing, but you owe everything to God.
The reason that you are still a SPIRITUAL BABY is that YOU DON’T EAT and DIGEST the word of God.
You don’t want to HEAR HIS VOICE,
and you don’t want to OBEY HIM.
For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you have need again for someone to teach you the ELEMENTARY PRINCIPLES of the oracles of God, and you have come to NEED MILK AND NOT SOLID FOOD. (Hebrews 5:12)
The secret of REVIVAL is OBEDIENCE to God, but you can’t obey what YOU DON’T KNOW.
So read your Bible and listen to preachers who still dare to speak God’s word. And pray God to lead you further on His way.
