Psalm 139:14 (KJV)
I will praise Thee (I will give thanks to You); for I am fearfully (to cause astonishment, to inspire reverence or godly fear or awe) and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works (Wonderful are Your works); and that my soul knoweth right well (And my soul knows it very well).
Omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent is our God. He has everything under His control; nothing happens in heaven or on earth without His knowledge.
Matthew 10:29
Are not two sparrows sold for a cent? And yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father.
Every human being was created unique by God. Each of us is special! When David discovered this truth, he exclaimed, “I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”
David realized that he was fearfully made to intimidate his enemies, and wonderfully made to fellowship with loved ones and to attract favor to him.
Dear friends,
▪︎ please don’t look down on yourself,
▪︎ please don’t think you can improve anything on yourself,
▪︎ please don’t get funny ideas that you have to change parts of your body.
Don’t think that your eyelids, your lips, your breasts, or your nose is too small or too big. You are exactly how God has created you, and don’t you dare to say that He didn’t do a perfect job on you, for you are wonderfully made!
Appreciate your unique look, and thank God for how He has created you.
Like David, you too may declare every day, “I am fearfully and wonderfully made!”
