Colossians 2:8-23
¹³When you were DEAD IN YOUR TRANSGRESSIONS and the UNCIRCUMCISION OF YOUR FLESH, He made you alive together WITH HIM, having forgiven us ALL our transgressions, ¹⁴having canceled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was HOSTILE TO US; and He has TAKEN IT OUT OF THE WAY, having NAILED IT TO THE CROSS. ¹⁵When He had DISARMED the rulers and authorities, He made a PUBLIC DISPLAY of them, having TRIUMPHED over them THROUGH HIM.
• The circumcision of the heart,
• the crucifixion of the flesh,
• the death and burial to sin,
• the death and burial to the world, and
• the resurrection to newness of life,
which by the sacrifice of Jesus was made COMPLETE, and by your faith was worked out in your heart, prove that your sins are forgiven, and that you are FULLY DELIVERED from the curse of the law.
Through Christ, you who took up your cross, and are following Him now, were once dead in sin, but now you
are quickened.
• Christ’s death was the death of your sins;
• Christ’s resurrection is the quickening of your soul.
Are you missing out on this?
If so, there is only one reason!
You still haven’t repented of your sins, and surrendered your life to the Christ!
Yes you are completely right; it is your own free choice.
But why would you choose death and eternal torture, above eternal life with Jesus?
He’s not only all you need to go to Father, He’s also the only chance you have to receive real life!
Without Him you are lost, and end up in hell.
For sure you don’t want to go there!
Please don’t delay your decision till it is too late!
If you don’t decide, time will on some moment make the decision for you, and that decision is always negative.
Once it is too late, you’ll have an eternity to feel sorry that you did not accept the invitation.
