We are not presented with superficial optimism, or inconsiderate carelessness in the above words. Not all care condemns, but excessive care does.
Those who may fear the Lord, should moderate their anxieties.
When there is undue concern about the things of this life, one acts like the heathen.
How often God’s children anticipate sorrow by worrying about the future.
How little is it experienced, that there is a fullness of strength with the Lord when the future should bring sorrow.
It is unnecessary for them to be overprotective.
The Lord has sought them out, He has made them seeking.
The kingdom of God and His righteousness have become their first and foremost.
Then the Lord, not only promises it, but He also makes it true that He will provide temporal and physical care. His care is perfect. He not only brings us to heaven, but also оn the way to heaven, He will make it want for nothing.
