Matthew 6:34 NASB
So do not worry about tomorrow;
for tomorrow will care for itself.
Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Devotional
We are often wrongly concerned.
An old saying goes like this:
A man suffers most, because of the suffering he fears, but never shows up.
For what is sure to come, we are often so recklessly unconcerned about.
The day of our death, we postpone it.
The day we must give an account of all our lives,
the day we will stand before the Judge of heaven and earth.
Are you rightly concerned about that?
Can you exist in that day?
That is only possible if you have found that true rest in Him. Who kindly invites: “Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
Then you may live care free (not careless).
Then you may let Him rule.
It is wisdom what He does.
Then He will make all in such a way that you will marvel.
Then don’t worry about tomorrow.
But let Him take care of you.
He takes such good care.
He has promised to take care of everything for time and eternity.
He has promised never to leave you.
Yea, even at the approaching of death, He will give complete relief.
