CONCLUSION
Which is the picture that depicts your heart?
If you have followed carefully the statements of this booklet, you will have had ample opportunity to decide what the true condition of your heart really is.
There is a proverb which says “We may be able to deceive men, but we cannot deceive God.”
This is absolutely correct, and it is equally true that we gain nothing by trying to deceive ourselves. Does a man with a fatal disease escape death by pretending he is in good health?
This being the case, and the need for action being so great, it cannot be urged too strongly that you should delay no longer, but come in repentance and faith to the Lord Jesus Christ and seek His salvation.
He has said, “Come to Me all who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28). He has also promised, “Him who comes to Me I will not cast out.” (John 6:37).
When you yourself have come to the Lord Jesus, and have the assurance that He has forgiven you all your sins, will you in turn tell others about Him, and lead them into the same joy as you will have?
