You cannot change what happened anymore. You are not able to change your past. You however can determine your future, your destiny, by deciding for Christ. And Christ can change your past. He died on the cross, and took your sins there.
So all you have to do, is to be willing to change your way of living.
Now, you can change your whole life!
▪You know, your life needs to be changed, to be able to stand before God and live.
▪You need to surrender to the Christ, if you ever want to see heaven.
Every person that ever lived had to make the same choice, as you do now.
It is either the world and its pleasures and it’s gods, or it is the Christ.
Which is it for you?
Will you choose to suffer reflection with the people of God (picking up your cross), or will you choose to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season?
Oh, yes the present pleasures the world offers you are just for a short time. It is soon over. And then the hangover comes, and there’s nothing you can do about it. It’s going to be there!
But, on the other hand,
▪ When you decide to follow Jesus, there’ll never be an hangover! Only joy and peace will be waiting for you!
▪ When you decide to follow Jesus, you take the right decision!
Decision itself is a choice.
It is like standing at the gate on the airport, having a ticket for a flight, and connecting holiday on Hawaii, but you can’t decide to board the aircraft or not.
If you wait to decide till the departure time has passed, the choice would have been made. Time will have decided for you! Not deciding makes that you will stay behind.
You have to decide.
In the depths of your heart you have to fight this battle of life.
▪ If you’re not sure that you’re ready to meet God,
▪ if you’re not sure you belong to the Christ, then don’t wait until it is too late!
You must decide, and you must decide now. At this moment!
