Philippians 1:21 NASB
For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.
To live is Christ for me said Paul
We could ask ourselves today what is living to us?
▪︎ Is it worries?
▪︎ Is it every day the same (boring) work?
▪︎ Is it making fun with your friends?
▪︎ Is it perhaps quarrelling with neighbors or others?
What is living to you today?
Are there in the coming 24 hours also a few minutes that you will use to talk (praying) and listen (reading your Bible) to God?
Do you still have time for Him, Who not only created you, but also supports you every day of your life, for Him Who sticks closer than a friend?
“For to me, to live is Christ” said Paul.
Can you also say that?
Do you have something to live for, that is so precious to you, that is also worth dying for? Paul’s answer is “Yes!”
Christ is the answer, the reason, and the hope.
If you can get your heart and will to line up with your commitment to the Christ, you can make that same statement, too!
▪︎ Ask the Lord to forgive you for the things you have done, or have said, that have made the work of Christ in you more difficult to see.
▪︎ Ask the Lord to help you to make your life to a living testimony to Jesus and His powerful grace.
▪︎ Ask the Lord to use you in His service.
▪︎ Thank the Lord that no matter what may lie ahead of you, that you may have your future tied to His Son and your Savior.
