Ecclesiastes 3:17 NASB
I said to myself,
“God will judge both the righteous man
and the wicked man,”
for a time for every matter
and for every deed is there.

I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.
Devotional
Judgment is discernment or separation between good and evil.
God judges among people and their actions according to the standards of His law.
When He judges, He rewards the righteous for doing good and punishes the wicked for their evil.
Thus, as a Christian, the fear of judgment shouldn’t be in you.
It should rather make you excited because of the reward you will receive from the LORD.
However, if you are not living right, you will be afraid of God’s judgment.
There are some people who do not believe that God judges people; they do so to their own detriment because the Holy Scriptures are clear that God is the great Judge.
Everyone will render the account of our life to Him even after their life on Earth is ended.
Hebrews 9:27-28
²⁷And inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment, ²⁸so Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time for salvation without reference to sin, to those who eagerly await Him.
Dear friends, live a righteous life so that God will reward you here on earth and in heaven.
