Mark 10:14 AV
But when Jesus saw it,
he was much displeased,
and said unto them,
Suffer the little children
to come unto me,
and forbid them not:
for of such is the kingdom of God.
Who has the youth, has the future.
The world calculates with that,
but the church often forgets it.
Christ calls us to let the children come to Him.
Do not hinder them, He says, do not hinder them by of your unbelief or by your spiritual pride.
The disciples were busy asking which of them would be the most in the Kingdom. And meanwhile, they prevented the children from coming to Jesus.
That danger also threatens us.
▪︎ Are you bringing children to Jesus?
▪︎ Do they notice the love of faith in you?
▪︎ Do we carry them in intercession to the Lord?
Thank God when He puts children in your path.
But don’t forget His command: Let them come to Me!
Small as they are, they cannot miss Christ.
They are not too small for Him, He also blesses them.
