Some further information:
And he said unto her, Daughter
Luke adds “be of good comfort” ( Luke 8:48 ).
Thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague
Though healed as soon as she believed, it seemed to her a stolen cure – she feared to acknowledge it. Jesus therefore sets His royal seal upon it. But what a glorious dismissal from the lips of Him who is “our Peace” is that, “Go in peace!”

See what an encouraging word Jesus gave the woman (Mark 5:34); Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole.
Note that the Christ puts honour upon faith, because faith gives honour to the Christ.
Also see how what is done by faith on earth, is ratified in heaven; Christ saith, Be whole of thy disease.
Note that if our faith sets the seal of its amen to the power and promise of God, saying, “So it is, and so let it be to me;’’ God’s grace will set the seal of its amen to the prayers and hopes of faith, saying, “So be it, and so it shall be, to thee.’’ And therefore, “Go in peace; be well satisfied that thy cure is honestly come by, is effectually wrought, and take the comfort of it.’’
Note that all who are healed by faith of their spiritual diseases, have a good reason to go in peace.
Now let us reflect on this
Would she have expected that?
How great it is!
Not a word of punishment, but a word that reassures her completely.
She is healed and she can keep that healing too. Jesus promises it her.
So it was not wrong what she had done. On the contrary, Jesus saw that coming to Him was an act of faith. Faith, worked by God Himself in her heart. That is why she may have peace in her deed. And go home in peace.
Now she does not have to worry that she will soon be challenged with all kinds of doubts.
Do you see that it is not in vain to trust in the Lord?
So let a poor sinner go boldly to the Lord Jesus.
Take all your sins and miseries with you. Put them at His feet. And tell Him what you want Him to do.
It is not too bad when we come to Him.
He is much more merciful than we sometimes think.
Those who come with sincerity to Him will not be ashamed.
He gives them their wish.
He blesses them with peace and comfort.
What a coming home that has been for this woman!
