So far, many people already were made so afraid for the Hong Kong flu, sars, the coming ice age, acidic rain, the hole in the ozone layer, global warming, and now the Corona virus, that they saw no way out, and committed suicide.
But many will one day be much more scared, than they have ever been for any of those.
▪︎ There is coming a day that all the graves will open and people will rise to be judged.
▪︎ There is coming a day that all those who belong to the Christ will be changed and be taken up to heaven.
▪︎ That day will be disastrous for all those who stay behind, who are then still on the earth.
Jesus tells you, that on that night when He calls His own to Himself there will be two sleeping in one bed; one will be taken and the other will be left behind. And in an other location there will be two women grinding grain at the same place; one will be taken and the other will be left behind. And again in an other location two men will be working in the field; one will be taken and the other will be left behind. (Compare Luke 17:34-36)
Just imagine.
Airliners who suddenly will be missing pilots.
Cars who suddenly will be missing drivers.
Operation rooms in hospitals where the surgeons suddenly are gone.
Police forces missing a lot of their personnel.
It surely will give a chaotic and disastrous situation, for all those who stayed behind.
Jesus did not only tell us WHAT is going to happen,
but also WHEN we can expect this to happen.
Jesus said that just as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: they were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage. They were doing all kinds of things, and they were sinning, just as the world is doing today!
And they did it all, without giving much attention to God and His rules, just as the world is doing today!
And they did so, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. And so many people today, will all be doing their things, without thinking about God and their eternal destination, until it will be too late for all of them.
In the days of Noah it was the same as it was in the days of Lot. They too were eating, drinking, buying, selling, planting, and building; but on the day that Lot went out from Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. It will be just the same on the day that the Son of Man is revealed. (See Luke 17:26-30)
Let me repeat:
It will be just the same on the day that the Son of Man is revealed.
Now tell me: “Do the present days look like what Jesus described?”
They do! Look around, and you know it is near.
So, humanity has a much bigger problem than the problems they think they have. Like it was in the days of Noah and Lot, ALL who are not justified, ALL who are not following the Christ, and belong to Him, will die and perish.
▪︎ ALL who did not yet repent of their sins, need to do that right now!
▪︎ ALL who did not yet surrender to the Christ, need to do that right now!
▪︎ ALL who are not yet following the Christ, need to start doing that right now!
You have seen in what days we are living today.
So you know that the time is near!
I urge you to take action now!
● When you see that the fields are ripe for the harvest,
you know that the farmer will soon start harvesting.
● When you see the condition of the world today,
and when you compare that to the description that Jesus gave,
you can also know that God will soon start His harvest.
Jesus said in Luke 3:17 :
His winnowing fork is in His hand to thoroughly clear His threshing floor,
and to gather the wheat into His barn (pointing to heaven);
but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire (pointing to hell)
And in Malachi 4:1-2 we read:
¹ “For behold, the day is coming, burning like a furnace; and all the arrogant and every evildoer will be chaff; and the day that is coming will set them ablaze,” says the Lord of hosts, “so that it will leave them neither root nor branch. ²But for you who fear My name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings; and you will go forth and skip about like calves from the stall”.
My friend, this is urgent. If you don’t yet belong to Jesus, then don’t delay!
Surrender to Him NOW, and start following Him NOW! Nobody knows, but this may be your very last chance to receive His salvation.
