The Christian life is a journey into God’s perfection.
We serve a perfect God who wants us to be like Him.
Matthew 5:48
Therefore you are to be perfect,
as your heavenly Father is perfect.
Divine perfection is a process that takes time to complete.
During this process, the Christian sometimes sins, which is why provision has been made by God to help us keep growing till we reach maturity.
Therefore, if you are a Christian and you sin, go to God in humility and ask Him to forgive you; receive grace and continue the journey.
Don’t allow the enemy to fill you with so much sorrow that you think your sin is so great that it cannot be forgiven.
The above Bible verse is the provision that has been made for us, so make use of it and free yourself from the accuser, the enemy.
When you grow to maturity through constant study of the Word and doing righteous acts, sin will have no place in your life.
