Acts 14:21-22
²¹After they had preached the gospel to that city and had made many disciples, they returned to Lystra and to Iconium and to Antioch, ²²strengthening the souls of the disciples, encouraging them to continue in the faith, and saying, “Through many tribulations we must enter the kingdom of God.”
Devotional
So, they preached the good news in that city, won a large number of disciples, and then they returned… strengthening the disciples and encouraging them to remain true to the faith.
Let us today make a commitment, that we will help our new brothers and sisters in Christ. And do so in a much better way, than we used to do it thus far.
So they will have better opportunities to grow in Christ.
The apostles were not used to just lead people to the Christ, they also encouraged and strengthened them in their faith.
They gave us a good example in this, that we should follow.
