Sometimes you may not be satisfied with your life, you feel disappointed with people around you, with your circumstances, or just because you’re not getting what you longed for, already for such a long time.
Be aware of the fact that no matter what the circumstances are that you are now in, God is still in control. And be aware that there are many people on this world who are dreaming of a life, like you are living right now.
It may now not seem so, but even in your difficult situations you have many reasons to be thankful for.
One of these is that God will never leave you or forsake you.
A farmer on a farm sees a plane fly overhead and dreams of flying some day to a beautiful destination.
But, the pilot on that plane sees the farmhouse and just dreams of returning home to be with his family.
Enjoy the life that God has given you!
Some preachers tell you that you must be rich to live a happy life. But if this was the truth, if wealth really was the secret to happiness, then why do the rich have so many worries, and do they live such a miserable life? If this was the truth, should they not be dancing in the streets?
Reality is, that I only see poor kids doing that.
If power really would ensure security, and safety, then why do ppowerful people need bodyguards to protect them?
It is not them, but the simple man who can sleep soundly.
If it were true that beauty and fame brings ideal relationships, then celebrities should have the best marriages. But really is that they have the highest divorce rates of all.
Live simply, go with God, and be happy!
It has taken me quite some time to realize that only God could satisfy the deepest longings of my soul.
Whatever the world may offer you, it cannot fill that God shaped hole in your heart.
Only God Himself can.
Give Him full control over your life, take up your cross, and follow Him.
Micah 6:8
He has told you, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, to love kindness, And to walk humbly with your God?
