Ephesians 3:14,16
¹⁴For this reason I bow my knees before the Father,
¹⁶that He would grant you,
according to the riches of His glory,
to be strengthened with power
through His Spirit in the inner man,

Romans 10:8-13
⁸But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” – that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, ⁹that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; ¹⁰for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.
¹¹For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in Him will not be disappointed.”
¹²For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him; ¹³for “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
The God of everywhere is in my heart. (John Patterson – India)
While touring in a jungle section, the pastor told a story of a man of religion and an old Christian.
The man of religion asked the Christian about losing his gods when he became a Christian.
He said, “Over there you see the god Ganesh, and in this direction the god Hanuman. Now where is your God? I don’t see any sign of Him anywhere.”
The aged Christian said, “If you want to see my God, you will find Him in my heart.”
It is believing in the heart that makes a man righteous before God, and it is stating his belief by his own mouth that confirms his salvation.
As Paul, writing to the Romans says, “If you openly admit by your own mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord, and if you believe in your own heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
Whosoever believes in Him shall not be disappointed.” (Phillips’ translation.)
Whosoever means anyone, without distinction as to race or nationality, whether rich or poor.
