1 Corinthians 15:1-7
¹Now I make known to you, brethren, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received, in which also you stand, ²by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain.
³For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, ⁴and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, ⁵and that He appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve.
⁶After that He appeared to more than five hundred brethren at one time, most of whom remain until now, but some have fallen asleep; ⁷then He appeared to James, then to all the apostles

¹Now let me REMIND you, brothers, of WHAT THE GOSPEL REALLY IS, for IT HAS NOT CHANGED – it is the same Good News I preached to you before. You welcomed it then and still do now, for your faith is squarely built upon this wonderful message; ²and it is this Good News that saves you IF you still FIRMLY BELIEVE IT, unless of course you never really believed it in the first place.
³I passed on to you right from the first what had been told to me, that CHRIST DIED FOR OUR SINS just as the Scriptures said he would, ⁴and that HE WAS BURIED, and that THREE DAYS AFTERWARDS HE AROSE FROM THE GRAVE just as the prophets foretold.
⁵He was SEEN BY PETER and later by THE REST OF THE TWELVE.
⁶After that he was seen BY MORE THAN FIVE HUNDRED Christian brothers AT ONE TIME, most of whom are still alive, though some have died by now.
⁷Then JAMES saw him, and later ALL THE APOSTLES.
Devotional
The Gospel is the message about Jesus Christ
▪︎ Who was born for you,
▪︎ Who died for you, to save you from sin,
▪︎ Who rose from the grave for you,
▪︎ Who went to the Father to prepare a place for you,
▪︎ And Who will come again for you to take you unto Himself so that you may be where He is also.
This Gospel will work out your salvation IF you FIRMLY BELIEVE in Him Who gave His only begotten Son for you.
I cannot help it, but I cry with a hurting heart when I think of how I have hurt Jesus and my Heavenly Father by the sins I did.
I cannot help it, but i cry from joy and gladness having received so much grace.
If you are not following Him yet, my question to you is:
▪︎ Why not start following Jesus today?
▪︎ Why not make sure that He will come back for you too?
One thing is sure.
You too will meet Him.
Will that be a glad reunion?
Or will He send you away into the outer darkness?
Without Jesus there is just one other way, and that way that leads you straight to the outer darkness where there is no end to pain and gnashing of teeth.
Use the chance He offers you today!
