Galatians 1:8-9 NASB
⁸But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed! ⁹As we have said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed!

But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
Devotional
Every action we take on this earth is either blessed by God or cursed by Him.
If the action is good, He supports and blesses it, but if it is bad, He doesn’t support it.
Because we are His children, He only curses our actions when we are unrepentant, but if we repent from our bad or wrong actions, He forgives us and gives us grace to do well the next time.
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins,
He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins
and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
In like manner, we can be blessed or cursed for preaching the gospel.
If we as children of God preach the gospel as written in the Word of God to promote Jesus Christ, we are blessed, but if we preach the gospel out of context only to satisfy our own interests, we are cursed.
Dear friends, let us fear God and follow and preach His Word as written in the Holy Bible. Let us preach the good news to promote Jesus Christ and draw people to Christ.
Preaching a wrong gospel (that is any gospel that needs an extra word to it, to specify it; like the “prosperity gospel” etc.) is dangerous, for there is a curse on preaching the wrong gospel.
