Teaching them to observe all things
whatsoever I have commanded you:
and, lo, I am with you alway,
even unto the end of the world. Amen.

I am with you always (Matthew 28:20)
The Christ is always present, even when in situations or circumstances it may appear very different.
- During winter the trees have lost their leaves, and look as if they have died.
- During winter there are no more flowers in the fields, and you don’t see their colors anymore, nor smell their fragrance.
- During winter you may not see the sun for days.
- Will you tell me the trees are all dead?
- Will you tell me the flowers are gone for good?
- Will you tell me the sun is gone, and did not rise?
No, ofcourse not!
- Although everything appears dead in nature, it will come to life again next spring.
- Although the sun has disappeared behind a thick curtain of clouds, he makes his powerful action everywhere felt; and without the sun, which you now do not see, there would remain only an icy shroud, and the darkness of night.
So the soul may experience its winter too
▪︎ When the Sun of Righteousness only sheds on it a pale glimmer, when obedience is performed without joy.
